The grand wedding finally happened to Comedy Queen AiAi delas Alas with her long-time non-showbiz beau Gerald Sibayan! The union happened at the Christ the King in Green Meadows, Quezon City on Dec, 12.

The bride gracefully walked down the aisle wearing a dashing off-shoulder wedding dress designed by Frederick Peralta as a gift to her by showbiz BFF Primetime Queen Marian Rivera; as she carries a colorful and lively spring-inspired bouquet and a creative ‘floral-edged’ veil with a tiara which added elegance on her simple makeup look.

Last Sep. 2014, the Comedy Queen officially announced her relationship with the 23-year-old partner.Despite the huge age gap between AiAi and Gerald, the two remained confident that they are meant to spend the rest of their lives together. The lovely couple got engaged in April this year.

Months prior to the ceremony, AiAi delas Alas already revealed the star-studded entourage who would be joining them as they exchanged their “I do’s” and heartfelt vows.

Megastar Sharon Cuneta is the matron of honor. Celebrity couples Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna, Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes are among the secondary sponsors, while Alden Richards is one of the best men.

The 53-year-old TV host-comedienne’ bridesmaids are showbiz close friends Regine Velasquez, Rufa Mae Quinto, Eugene Domingo and Pops Fernandez, while Ogie Alcasid, Bayani Agbayani, Randy Santiago and Piolo Pascual are listed among the groomsmen.

However, the newlyweds plan to have their honeymoon in Europe, a gift from APT Entertainment chairman Antonio P. Tuviera will be postponed due to the recent project that AiAi accepted.
