Mark Anthony Fernandez had a troublesome 2016 and 2017. The famous actor was detained in the Angeles City police station after local authorities discovered a kilo of marijuana in his car.

Mark Anthony was caught at a checkpoint in Barangay Virgen Delos Remedios with the package that is estimated to be worth PHP 15,000. At first, he denied possession of the drugs and even claimed that police planted the substance there but unfortunately, the drug test they took showed he had marijuana in his system.

The actor was recently been released in time to celebrate Christmas with his family. But the troubles surrounding Mark Anthony still aren’t over. Rumors surfaced online saying that he impregnated two policewomen while he was detained.

YouTube channel Showbiz Chismis released a video clip of the rumor and reported that Mark Anthony had the freedom to roam around the jail compound so he courted the two police officers. This led to intimate relations and now, both police officers were reported to be five and four months pregnant with the actor’s baby.

But one person stated that this malicious gossip is nothing but fake news. Claudine Barretto decided to break her silence over the issue in her Instagram account. 

It was reported that Mark Anthony Fernandez confided in Claudine about the pregnancies. Then the actress spoke about it with Mario Dumaual of TV Patrol when she had an interview with him.

But Claudine is sure that these are all lies. Her caption said that she didn’t want anything to do with the rumor but since her name was dragged into it, the actress had no choice but to speak the truth.
