THROWBACK PICTURES NILA VIC SOTTO AT PAULEEN LUNA, INULAN NG BATIKOS DAHIL SA KANILANG AGE GAP!

Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto had a love story that wasn’t received well by a lot of people, including Vic’s children. 

The Philippines is still a conservative country that doesn’t quite approve of couples with big age gaps. 

So, the massive 35 years between Pauleen and Vic wasn’t an easy pill to swallow the first time we heard of their relationship.

The difference in their age may not be totally apparent since Pauleen is now a grown woman, but once you see a certain throwback picture of the married couple that’s been circulating online, you would surely be shocked.

The said photo showed a young Pauleen Luna, probably eight or nine years old, joining the “Little. Miss Philippines” pageant back in 1995 with Vic Sotto as the show’s host. 

The fact that this little girl grew up to be Vic’s wife and the mother of his child can be surprising and a tad bit taboo.

But a great lesson we can take away from the story is how love exceeds all limitations and boundaries. 

It is not bounded by age, race, beliefs, and culture. Anyone has the right to love and live their happily ever after.
